Advice to Employees on Unfair Dismissal and Constructive Dismissal

Unfair Dismissal Advice

With unfair and/or constructive dismissal claims statistically being the most common form of claim in an Employment Tribunal, it is important that you understand the issues surrounding your matter clearly.

If you have been dismissed by your employer for reasons for which you consider (for example) inadequate, unfounded or underhand, or your employer fails to follow a fair procedure, then it is likely that your dismissal will be unfair.

Acting in your best interests, we are known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice, and we are also prepared to take a more aggressive approach at a Tribunal to achieve the best outcome for you if necessary.

Generally speaking, if you wish to bring a claim for unfair/constructive dismissal, you must have been an employee and have been employed by your former employer for a minimum of two years.
