Hewetts are pleased to offer a full “Employment Law Retainer Scheme for Employers”. For a fixed, one-off annual fee, you will have access to the full range of employment law services. This means that you can contact us at any time during office hours to discuss any employment related issues you may have in the confidence that we have the experience to support and work with you to resolve them. We are based in Reading and Windsor, but can offer the service nationally.

You can chose a packet to suit your needs to include some or all of the following:
- Telephone Advice and Assistance in all areas of Employment Law including Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, Misconduct, Ill-Health, Capability, Performance, Victimisation, Discrimination (including on the grounds of Disability / Sex / Race / Age / Pregnancy / Sexuality / Religion and Belief), Harassment, Warnings, Whistleblowing (protected disclosures), TUPE, Changing Terms and Conditions, Consulting Staff, Confidential Conversations, Settlement Agreements (formerly called Compromise Agreements), Restrictive Covenants.
