This process is particularly effective in resolving issues on separation to include child arrangements and financial aspects on the breakdown of a relationship.  As an independent professionally trained mediator Safeena will help you come to a solution which works for both parties and inform you how to make your agreement legally binding. Safeena can also accept appointments as a Financial Arbitrator. This is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution which is final and binding. It can only be challenged in exceptional circumstances. This is an effective way of resolving financial disputes after separation and more cost and time effective than going to court.
