Hewetts Solicitors support DASH charity

Hewetts Solicitors, as part of their charity giving scheme, have made a donation to DASH – Domestic Abuse Stops Here - the charity that offers specialist services free to women suffering from domestic abuse.

A pantomine evening, which Hewetts supported, raised £1,700 for the charity.

Madeleine Young, Family Legal Expert at Hewetts handed over the donation to Caron Kipping, Claire Batchelor, Karen Fuller and Estelle Taplin of DASH.

Madeleine, commenting on the evening said, "We support DASH because they do excellent work as a charity supporting those all those within our community affected by domestic abuse. Sadly, some cases I handle in Family Law do have domestic abuse as the major issue. There are many people who suffer in silence and it is up to everyone to try and help victims, which is why we are happy to support DASH."
