Easy Tenant Evictions - Your Last Chance

On 1 May 2026 the laws around residential property tenancies will change fundementally. Amongst the changes will be:

  • The abolition of fixed terms;
  • The abolition of s21 (or 'no fault') notices; and
  • The introduction of many fines that can be levied against landlords by the local council for doing the wrong thing, innocently or otherwise.

The bottom line is that these next few weeks represent a landlord's last possibility of attempting to obtain a possession order and evict a tenant under the s21 (or 'no fault') notice, before it disappears.
