Tim Butcher

Tim is our Partner in charge of Residential Conveyancing within the practice. He has over twelve years experience with the firm dealing with all aspects of conveyancing and property issues, including both commercial and residential property. His work also includes dealing with all aspects of Leasehold property including the extension of residential leases.

Tim deals personally with all cases right from taking instructions in the early stages until the matter is finally completed. He is helped by two assistants who are also experienced in conveyancing transactions. The department deals with in excess of three hundred and fifty transactions a year and is determined to give a personal service to each client.

Tim also works within our Private Client Department. He is able to advise on all aspects of the preparation of Wills as well as the obtaining of Grants of Probate and can also assist in drawing up Lasting Powers of Attorney. 

Tim started his legal career as a Legal Executive in 1993 and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Prior to joining the practice he worked in Local Government in the legal department.
