Saskia

Saskia is an Assistant Solicitor and a member of Resolution (formerly called the Solicitors Family Law Association). Resolution is an organisation which promotes conciliatory solutions to problems arising out of a family breakdown. Saskia has recently joined the Family Law Department at Hewetts having specialised in Family Law since 1999.

Saskia places considerable emphasis on seeking a negotiated settlement wherever possible in Family Proceedings. She has experience and expertise in negotiating financial settlements in the arrangements for children in both Divorce and Co-habitee disputes. Saskia deals mainly with Divorce, Separation Agreements, Co-habitation Agreements, Financial and Property issues, Domestic Violence Protection, Children Disputes, Co-habitation Disputes, Wills, Pre-nuptial Agreements, Child Support and other Maintenance Issues. Saskia offers a friendly but professional approach to the legal matters she handles.
