Robin Gambles

Robin Gambles

Robin has been practising as a solicitor in Reading since 1973, and heads up the private client department dealing with Wills and Probate, legal care of the elderly including looking after peoples affairs under enduring powers of attorney, Court of Protection work, and advising on Asset Protection and Inheritance Tax planning and on matters such as funding responsibilities re Long Term Care . He is experienced in setting up trusts (both private and charitable) and administering estates and trusts both large and small. He deals with all related property law issues.

Although relying on accountants and brokers where necessary, this has given him a very good general grounding in all sorts of areas, whether it be tax, insurance, finance and even in the past relatively obscure areas such as forestry - and indeed anything and everything that crops up in the course of administration of estates.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of Solicitors for the Elderly.
