Nick Barnett

Nick is an experienced Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, working as head of our Employment Law Department. His practice involves advising both employers and employees on all aspects of contentious employment work and he has considerable success and experience in the Employment Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunals, Court of Appeal and House of Lords.

He has a particular interest in Discrimination Law and a concern for cases involving Harassment and Bullying at Work.

Whilst Nick specialises in Employment Law, he has experience in all areas of Civil Litigation, including Debt Matters, Insolvency, Housing and Consumer Protection.

Nick is a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Institute of Employment Rights.

Nick is a practising Christian and considers that his work at Hewetts is a practical way in which he can show God’s love and care for his world.
