Family Breakdowns - The Collaborative Approach

I would invite you to read the article “The Collaborative Approach to Relationship Breakdowns” under the Family Law Section of the Hewetts website.

Since training in 2006 I have been involved in a considerable number of family matters that have been effectively resolved using the collaborative process.  I maintain it is, in the majority of cases, the best method of resolving issues that arise on relationship breakdown.

The process was recently given laudable support by Mr Justice Coleridge.  Please click on this link to obtain further information.
