Karl Shadenbury

Karl joined the firm in 2007 and is an Associate Member of ILEX. He primarily advises on all matters concerning Boundary & Neighbour Disputes and Landlord & Tenant law. He also has experience in advising on matters of Employment Law and Civil Litigation.

Karl currently advises on a variety of boundary and neighbour disputes including trespassers, rights of way, adverse possession and party walls. He emphasises a conciliatory and amicable approach to dealing with disputes and is always focused on meeting the expectations of his clients.

He also acts for landlords who wish to evict tenants and regain possession of their property. He also has experience in acting for tenants who’s landlords have failed to undertake health and safety regulations, failed to return deposits, or who have been unlawfully evicted.
