Our family department can offer practical and sensitive advice on family law matters, ranging from divorce to co-habitation to residence and contact for children as well as domestic violence. We offer expert advice in dealing with the financial matters that arise out of divorce and separation. One of our partners is trained in Collaborative Law, being a new concept in matrimonial proceedings to enable the parties to reach agreement over financial issues in an amicable and sensible way.

  • Has your husband/wife or partner left you?
  • Are you worried about who will pay the mortgage/rent and household bills?
  • Are you concerned about whether you will receive maintenance for yourself and your children?
  • What is to happen to the house? Is it to be sold or can you continue to live there?
  • Are you experiencing difficulties in seeing your children?
  • Are you in fear for your safety?

These are all burning questions that arise during the course of either divorce or separation. All of these issues need to be addressed sympathetically, efficiently and professionally.

YOU NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOU STAND!

You will also be concerned to know how much it will cost to seek legal advice and assistance.  We can discuss this with you.

We offer free initial advice, regardless of whether or not you later wish to instruct us to act for you.
